What are the names of the programs?

And did you also look in the folders itself or the startmenu entry's , for an uninstaller?
(if there are then place the folders back out of the recyclebin first)

if they are in your recycle bin can you not just right-click and empty the recycle bin?

Its better to use an uninstaller if you can , if you just delete the program's folder then all reg entry's and files placed in other places , like the system32 folder wont be deleted.
