Hi everyone.
My Pc decided to quit working because the cpu overheated. Solution..buy a new tower with GIGABYTE GAK8VM800M MATX SKT 754 AIO motherboard, SEMPRON 2600 SKT CPU, and 400-512MB DDR MEMORY 184 PIN PC3200 memory. Wrong answer!! I transfered my HDD's and DVD Roms, turned it on and.......quick blue screen flash (too fast to read) then reboot with attempt at all modes of start-up. Nothing! Step 2: reinstall XP in same folder......Wrong answer!!! Only thing that accomplished was being able to read the blue screen: Stop: 0x0000007B (0xF79D1528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) any ideas?? Thought about a sledgehammer. Prefer something more cost effective.

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thx in advance.

Tempest

Welcome to PCHF Tempest4Two .

There are alot of great people around here and I am sure that we will get your computer fixed in no time.

To begin, can you please give me the manufacturer, series, and model number of your computer? This will help greatly because I can run those error numbers in the manufacturer's FAQ database and hopefully find a solution .
