Have you rebooted and looked if its gone then?

Or try this , in an explorer window , go to tools/folder options/view and remove the tick in front of "hide protected operating system files".

Then navigate to "C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-515967899-651377827-839522115-500" (the number will diver on youre pc) and see if there is anything in there (also look at the other partitions recycler folders.)

Hey m8

If you're using XP then try this little reg fix. Unzip it onto the desktop or into a folder and run it - say YES to the confirmation message that pops up.

Download a program called Window Washer from webroot.com (VERY good product). Install it and in the settings select "add bleach to wash" then right click on your Recycle Bin...you will see that there is an extra menu item "Add bleach..." select it and see if that cleans the file.
