Download a program called Window Washer from webroot.com (VERY good product). Install it and in the settings select "add bleach to wash" then right click on your Recycle Bin...you will see that there is an extra menu item "Add bleach..." select it and see if that cleans the file.
it said it was removing it and said it was complete but its still there :\
and its changed all my icons to have a drop shadow effect type thing :icon_scra

My mistake i think , you also need to set "hidden files and folders" to show just above the "hide protected operating system files" setting , forgot about that.:undecided .

Hey DemoN,

Do you have CCleaner? If not download it from my sig, install it and make sure that All options are selected, including Advanced, answer OK to all warnings, click on Analyze, once it is finished, check the list to see if the folder is there. If it isn't let us know, regardless, click on Run Cleaner.

Look forward to your reply,

TTFN

Have a look if you can find that "avi to dvd" folder , on the partition that you deleted it from , in the i.e. "S-1-5-21-515967899-651377827-839522115-500" folder and try to delete it .
