Default Blurry Screen on startup, normal after 20 minutes

I've had some recent problems and things fixed with my computer lately. On occasion, on startup, the screen will be blurry, and then normalize after about 20 minutes or so. I tried to degauss, but it doesn't help.

What are some general possible causes of this? If I was pointed in the right direction I think I'd be able to solve the problem myself.

The first step i'm going to do is to reset the BIOS to all default settings...

no wait...it goes to clear in about 4 minutes now...though its been on standby mode all day...so i dunno..

Thanks!

Have you tried updating your video driver's/ Is it very cold where your monitor is? Seems more like a graphic's issue than a monitor issue.
