Windows XP/2000 - Hard to Explain posted in the Operating Systems forums; Sometimes when i go to shred a file (File Shredding program not acctual files) the comp gives me an error and the file will get renamed to ZZZZZZ.ZZZ kinda weird...

i use tuneup utilities but i didnt think i was from the shredder because ussually if it cant delete a file it just leaves it with the same file name

what extension is the file that gets ranmed? ie, .tmp .exe. etc
