Hi - I was womdering can anyone help me and my girlfriend out? At least Im not asking for just me this time

Anyway my gf's PC has Windows NT on it. I've tried to install or upload alot of things to her PC but it always says 'Not compatable with WNT' I was wondering is there anyway I can ut Windows XP on her PC (which I have) for free. Thanks for the help - even a link to a download would help.
:cheesy:

Ill be sooo grateful for the help on this one because it ll make my gf even happier and you know what that means for me :azn: :afro:

Hi the1985evs, first of all, please dont ask for links to downloads for paid software such as Windows as its illegal.

Thanks

Hi The1985evs,

You have definitely been around the forum long enough to know that this is definitely not the place for that type of question . Madgamer was absolutely right in his point.

Now if you actually want to upgrade your girlfriend to XP, why don't you impress her and buy it you can probably get a pretty good deal on the internet. This place, Now.net, has it for $49.00, and you can possibly get a student discount (if either of you are students at many listed sites.) Simply Google Discounted XP.

Once you have your legitimate copy, I recommend that you follow the instructions listed in my sig for Installing XP, they were written by our resident magician, Merlin, and will not only have XP running on her computer well, it will keep it that way for a really long time. I followed his instructions and they are fantastic.

We look forward to hearing from you once you get her software.
