hello,
i just realized that i cant run disk difragment, when i click it it openes and when i click analyze or defragment, a error comes and says "disk difragmenter could not start" and so i cant use it...
please help this is very wierd first it was my help and support that couldnt be run (got fixed by repairing its registry) and now this... :cry:

i tried all the steps in the thread you gave me...and still didnt work.

done that...still not working.
should i reinstall windows? (thats not reformat by the way)

Have you searched for the install.ini file, and installed it that way, cos when i did that it worked. Could you try a reboot.
