:-) Hi Ali,

Welcome to PCHF. Don't be sad. We have an amazing group of people here to help you resolve this.

Had you been able to create Restore points before?

It is distinctly possible that this is some type of malware problem. Can you please follow the instructions in the PreWork link in my signature. Posting back with your ewido and HijackThis logs.

That will give us a really good place to start.

Look forward to your reply,

TTFN

Doesn't look like its a malware prob but you can fix these:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O4 - Startup: Y'z Toolbar.lnk = ?
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {9819CC0E-9669-4D01-9CD7-2C66DA43AC6C} - (no file)

Maybe this helps with youre prob:

Have you disable it through msconfig/ go to start/ run/ type in msconfig then go to services/ find help and support and make sure the box is ticked.
