howdy Bighomedog11,
Is there an option in your add/remove program's to repair the installation? When you say you downloaded XP, what do you mean? And also what webcam are you using?

Did you check to see if when you go into add/ remove program's click on your webcam software and see if there is a repair option for it.. Also do you have the latest driver's?

OK next go to start/all program/find the software and hover your mouse over it, and click uninstall, go to the website above and download the drivers for it again.
