Default [FIXED] - Not able to remove file

Friend of mine is not able to remove INSTALL_MSN_MESSENGER from his download directory.
Everytime he tries it just got a warning that says: in use by another user or program.
What to do about this?

Could you ask him to boot into safemode and to try and remove it from there.

I was with him yesterday, and we tried that but didn't work.

See if this works:

Download KillBox by Option^Explicit from HERE

Double click on Killbox.exe and then check the delete on reboot button.

Enter the following filepath and filename into the Full path of file to delete box

C:\full path of the file...

Click the red circle with the white x and allow your computer to reboot.

I removethese directories by using the ''Advanced uninstaller pro 2005'' program. This program is great, i can remove every single program/register from my pc (even the ones that are hidden away from the add/remove menu)
