I'm unable to get into any user account at all. Right after the check disc that comes up it restarts. Safe mode isn't working either. Safe mode goes to the blue screen also and restarts.

Would disable automatic restart on system failure help any?
The only options I have are:

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
(None of them would work)
Enable Boot Logging
Enable VGA Mode
Last Known Good Configuration (Didn't work)
Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows domain controllers only)
Debugging Mode (didn't work)
Disable Automatic restart on system failure
Start windows normally (didn't work)
Reboot
Return to OS Choices Menu

I went to the disable automatic restart and this what the screen kept saying before it restarted each time.

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer."
Config_list_failed
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, diable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

Not sure. The last time I did a disc defragment it said I had around 32% free space and that was a couple weeks ago.

Well , that error could indicate that you have no free space any more.. and having no free space and a couple of malware infections might explain all those problems you have.

How big is youre harddisk and did you download or install alot in the past weeks? Also do you have more then one HD or partitions?

I don't know how big the harddisk is. Most of the files that I installed on it I uninstalled. The only other things I've installed are a couple small art programs. I tried to installed AVG anti virus but it kept restarting before the download was done.
