any free , easy way to get rid of them my Mcafee is not cutting it

Yes there is, firstly you need to download and install Hijackthis, you can find it in my signature (Handy Tools)

Then run the program and post the log file onto the forum, we can go through it and inform you exactly what you should keep and what you should delete.

You can also download and install programs like Spybot Search & Destroy or Ad-aware. This programs remove spyware like 180searchassistant.
