Default [FIXED] Problem with ialmdev5.dll help please!!

Hi there,
I've spent the last week on this site getting help with spyware issues. They seem to be cleared up. But when I came home today there was a blue screen? up that said "A problem has occued and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Problem has occured with ialmdev5.dll. This could be caused by new software you have installed"
I have no idea what? this means. To see all the stuff I recently downloaded to deal with the spyware issue please see my post there at http://www.pchelpforum.com/component...0/topic,2412.0

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Andrew.

ialmdev5.dll is part of the driver set for your motherboard chipset. You will need to get the latest Intel drivers here: www.intel.com but it would be a good idea if we identified your motherboard first. If you can boot into Windows, please run this: Belarc Adviisor and post your motherboard make and model from that report. We will then find you the correct drivers.

Here's a link for the chipset you need:

http://ftp.us.dell.com/chipset/R34506.EXE

What did you do/use to get the update to work? Was it the "WUREPAIR.CMD" that i posted?

Also did you check if those files where still prenent and working on youre pc?
That part still had to do with the infection you had , it disables or deletes some of them sometimes.
