Hi there naqeeb23 , welcome to PCHF.

Have a look at (in an I.E. window) tools/internet options/advanced and have a look if there is a check before "disable script debugging" there.

ya it is checked, i unchecked it though, lets see if it fixex my problem, and one more thing , when i start up my pc, a sign comes saying;

server busy

this action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "switch to" to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
(and i have to click on 'switch to' or cancel, iether one doesnt fix the problem, and sign pops up again when i restart.)

anyways thank you very much for your help

Put the check back infront of "disable script debugging" to solve the new prob.

Can you post a hijackthis log to rule out malware?
See for a link below.
