Default I need help,DRASTICLY!!

I'm at my wits end. My PC is driving me nuts! I've done everything I can think of, reformatting the hard drive, COMPLETLY deleting everything and starting from scratch. However, my PC STILL freezes up, won't run certain programs(which then causes my PC to reboot) and I'm at a loss. Can anyone help me PLEASE????? :banghead: I'm about to go insane..? ?:|
