yes i have an anti virus and firewall no i note using remote access and all my updates are up-to-date.

Also not sure how to change services to manuel maybe you could explain more?

disable your remote connection then, right click my computer...click remote connections and untick the box and hit apply..

what problems are you having now? We all get thjose error's I have DCOM erros all over, and when a product hangs or when I shut down a service..
