It's the Windows blue screen without the blue screen

Right click on "My Computer" > manage > Event Viewer and see if there are any error messages in there that relate to the time the PC crashed. Post back.

quiet a few errors in there Error code 0000000a, parameter1 80634928, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 80634928.

AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to write to an illegal IO port address (0x70), which lies in the 0x70 - 0x71 protected address range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

The IP address lease 192.168.1.3 for the Network Card with network address 0011F50B5CBA has been denied by the DHCP server 0.0.0.0 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service wuauserv with arguments "" in order to run the server:

Faulting application btdownloadgui.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module _gdi_.pyd, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000b365.

Hanging application nero.exe, version 6.6.0.16, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

It looks like 2 IO ports are trying to write to one.. Can you go into your Bios and set it to default's. see if this help's..
