my sisters computer is going haywire and i get the blame of it as usually itcomes up would u like to boot in safe mode or normal windows when u click on any of them it comes up windows had to shut down with a blue screen because of new hardware software installed i have not installed any new hard software my sister has lost her xp disk and i dont have a boot disk is there anyway to start this please..
even if it is just to restore all settings

Can you click restore computer... to the last configuration that worked? (Not system restore)... If not post back and we can get you a boot disk going..

it wont let me click on last known settings safe mode with network safe mode with command promp or start normally...

ok do you have access to a cd/rw drive or a floppy drive? cd/rw drive would be better but a floppy drive will do as well.
