Welcome To Pc Help Forum

We can fix this quick..

Right Click on My Computer....Click on Properties..Then click on the tab that say's advacned..then click on settings right by the performance tab

Click the circle that says adjust for best performance..then click the circle that say's custom.. put a check in the bottom box, and the third to the bottom box. Should be fixed..

Try putting a check in the second to the bottom. (first screenshot)

Don't want to frighten you but this topic was already discussed - at great length - with no real conclusion. Although there are some suggestions in there for you to try: http://www.pchelpforum.com/component...0/topic,794.0/

Only other thing I can think of is right click desktop...click the settings tab and make sure it is on 32 bit color.. If it is on 16 bit your icons and taskbar will look all well different.

Yep thats your problem!!! See my trash can (sorry hengis couldnt do a alt prnt srn..)
