well boot back into your Bios (you can get that far correct?) And go into boot devices and set your cd/rom as first boot device..

yes then put your windows cd in! and do a repair install

I am wondering if there is a way to get NTLDR I mean I have it on my website but it is not doing you no goo since you can't boot into safe mode or boot up at all for that matter!
