This means your PC tries to boot from a formatted disk without an OS installed on it.
So your HD is detected, I think your cables are OK.
Silly question: Is there a memory stick of a floppy drive in your PC and tries to boot from?
If not:
-Are there other harddrives in your system and your boot order changed?
-Did you put your harddrive on the correct strp? Not the the secoundary IDE instread of the primary???
