Sure Rob - welcome to PCHF.

The problem is that you are in the UK but your Windows language setting is US. To change this do the following...

1) Click Start, click Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Regional and Language Options. The Regional and Language Options

2) On the Regional Options tab, in the Select an item to match its preferences list, click the region whose settings you want to use.

3) After that, if you need/want to, click Customize to fine tune your regional settings. This step is generally not necessary, because the settings are usually correct for each region
