Have you tried logging on as the System Administrator and removing the account through c:>Documents and Settings

If the original owner of the work has chosen not to share that work then by nature of the design of Windows, you will not be able to see it without an account with higher priveledges that the user...i.e: Administrator. There are ways round this system but we would not advocate hacking a PC to get to information held on other profiles. Whilst we are sure your intentions are good, it would not be fair to open this sort of information up to everybody.
