Default [Fixed] audio device gone..?

I reinstalled my Windows XP and it seems that my audio device has disappeared... The volume icon on the task bar is gone, and when I click for sound properties, there's nothing there... I don't think I received an audio device installation CD with my Dell computer, is there a way to get it back?

Thanks in advance! :-)

Also they got your memory in wrong :-o... It is supposed ot be 512 megs in slot 1 and 512 megs in slot 3, your losing perfmance since it is not in dual channel mode!

Nevermind you only have 512 memory my fault for jumping the gun
