Default [Answered] Folder will not delete! Grr!

Not a big probably by any means, but still annoying.

I had a folder on my desktop which used to have music in it. I shifted it elsewhere, so now its just an empty folder sitting on my desktop. When i delete it..move it to the trash, empty the trash..it looks to be deleted..but then on the reboot..or out of nowhere..it will re-appear on the desktop. Any way to destroy it for good?

Thanks,

James

So you don't get any errors and the folder deletes normally? Try to rename it , don't delete it yet and reboot and see if it keeps the changed name or not.

I know severall progs to force delete files and folders but that doesn't seem to imply here , since the deleting itself isn't a prob.
