Windows XP/2000 - [Answered] .ZIP Extension gone werid posted in the Operating Systems forums; Ok, i seem to have mucked up my .ZIP extension, although i can create the folders, when i go to rename them i have to put .zip at the end. ...

Default [Answered] .ZIP Extension gone werid
Ok, i seem to have mucked up my .ZIP extension, although i can create the folders, when i go to rename them i have to put .zip at the end. So insted of just putting example i have to put example.zip

See screenshot:

When i used to rename them, it never used to display that error

Standard one that comes with Windows XP.

Hmm try this one.. Its the best one out there. I never really used the one from window's, but it seems you checked somthing for the extension to be needed to be added at the end?
