I found one way to do it, through 'net send' command, by running net send command on startup. Can anyone tell me how can I show date time and computer name on the net send message. I mean how can I get date, time and computer name from registry.

I know this is a long dead thread, but for those wishing to know how to find the requested information...read below
This is for a windows NT based OS (NT, 2000, XP, Vista) Computer name command - hostname time command - time /t date command - date /t These commands need to be loaded from command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)
