Windows XP/2000 - [Pending] cant' logon posted in the Operating Systems forums; I recently restored my laptop to an early date. Now I can't logon to my computer or my work domain? The screen goes pink and windows logsoff??...

Did you try going into "the last know working configuration of windows"?

can you get into safe mode? Pressing F8 when the laptop starts up?
