when ever i click to enable full internet protection it says that i am not a supervisor,i really don't understand what this means or how i can enable this. i think the fact that this is not enabled is the reason why i can not log onto msn or play multiplayer games over the internet, i also can't log onto other sites such as halifax or the o2 website. please help

You will need to have administrator privileges on the computer to change Norton's settings.

If you are using Windows XP then go into Control Panel -- User Accounts.

Choose the account you are using, go to Properties and change it to Administrator.

Apply the changes and restart you PC..
