Only thing i can see that i dont recognise is Synchronization Manager (mobsync.exe)

I also noticed ATI Hotkeys was running but i was unable to stop it, could this be the cause of it ? (On a side not, the ati drivers have an error when i start my comp)

Remove your whole ATI driver installation and install the new ones from ati.com then during setup make sure that you don't select anything like hot keys.
