I reccommend DVD +RW so that you can back up again on the same disk, overwriting the older files.

well i figured it out downloaded the file off my xp disk went to back up chose location e drive when i click save it says cant back up the name isnt correct now what.

the back up file name could not be used
E:\mybackup.bkf
please ensure it is a valid path,and you have sufficient access.
