You seem to be getting a lot of /DEVICE/CDROM errors and OMSCAN errors.
The OMSCAN error could be 1 of a 1000 things, could be a driver problem e.t.c (so with that in mind try start your system with the basics in.)

Are you using any "DCOM" devices? if so try to remove the card and see how your machine works.

Lets try some of these:

Are you using any antivirus software? If not then download AVG Antivirus
Try uninstall your Microsoft Office (found quite a few office errors) and then re-install
Make sure you have downloaded all the available updates for windows from here
Run a regcleaner program e.g Regclean

I know I have listed a lot of stuff here but its worth checking everything out.

I have done all your recommendations but still have the same problem. Now one time it crashed I was able to receive a reply from Microsoft OCA and it says CONSIDER BIOS UPGRADE. Can anyone here help me how to do it?
