Altight guys. Im really hoping that one of you can help me here. I have recently reformatted my computer with Windows XP Pro like always and I have run into a big problem both times I have reformatted. My icons on my computer will not move if I try to drag them anywhwere. Ive checked the arrange icons options and everything is as it should be. Ive tried system restore, restarting my computer, all kinds of tests and nothing works. This is driving me insane. I can't seem to figure out what is causing this problem! I can't move any icons in any folders on my computer! One thing I did notice is that when I was using teamspeak, my push to talk button was my scroll wheel. after a while it stopped working for Teamspeak, but still scrolled websites and such. I decided to uninstall Teamspeak and it seems that the icon trouble happened after that uninstall. Im wondering if that may have had something to do with my problem. Not sure though. Well this happened The first time I reformatted and that is why I decided to reformat again. Now of course with my luck it has started again. I've run all of my virus scans, adware, registry repairs, EVERYTHING! I can't figure out what is going on. I'm wondering if there is possibly some registry edit I can do to fix this, but I'm not too sure so I need to know if ANYONE can help me here. I'm desparate and have been searching to the ends of the internet for help, but to no avail. If somebody can help me I will try to return the favor the best I can. Im'm just very desparate to fix this annoyance. Thank you.
