Default [Answered] Windows Services. Making computer slow

Hi, i have a small problem and was wondering whearther you could help. No matter how much i defrag, do virus scans, scan for spyware etc, my computer always seems slow. I have used msconfig to disable several startup programs and ive found that this had made no difference. I have a clean system with no sptware and have all the relevant protection. Is there anyone who can provide me with a list and tell me wheather it is safe to disable them?

Publish a list here of all your running services and it will be looked at.

Heh, no problem.

Right click on the "Start bar" and select "Task Manager" > click on the "Processes" tab and expand the window enough to see all the services that are running. Next, hold down the Alt key and hit "print screen". Go into Paint or some other image software and select paste.

Now attach that image here....
