I have an old legacy DOS system which is running my business. I need to have it operate under Windows XP professional. Does anyone know how I can get WinXP to recognize a statement that used to be in my old DOS CONFIG.SYS file? I need to have the computer recognize DEVICE=ANSI.SYS at the time it boots up, or at least at the time that I fire up the old legacy system.

Creating another partition and dual-booting is not an option.
