Hi Milez and welcome to PC Help Forum.

What drivers are you using (specifically) for your ATI card?

Did it used to be fine? if so what's changed lately?

Have you tried getting rid of all the spyware on your machine, check out the download/spyware section for the best stuff to use, my favourite is www.webroot.com but there are others, this spyware stuff can really make your computer slow especially if u have a permanent hook up to the net

Milez - thanks for the driver info.

1) You can safely disable the ATI Smart service in system services or Task Manager.

2) Make sure that your system paging file is set to "Let Windows Manage"

3) Try rolling back to a driver that is older than the ones you are trying

4) Try dis-abling "Fast Writes" in your bios - come back if you need further help with any of this.

Let us know what happens.
