Question Windows Error Recovery
Hi I have a new laptop with Windows Vista Premium Installed, yesterday I them added my Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007 soft ware.
Today my computer logged off and will not allow me to boot up either with Start Windows Normally or Launch Start up Repair,
Do you have any advise for me?

How far into the boot process do you get?
Are there any error messages?
Have you tried "Last known good configuration" in the safe mode menu?
