Hey I Just logged on to get tips on how to customize my vista I'd love to get a short cut bar I've seen them but not sure where to get them ANY iDEAS

I think you might mean something else, but to get a shortcut (tool)bar in the original sense, just drag a folder to the very side of the screen, as far as it will go, and release. (Any edge will do.)
