Default Blue Screen Random Shut Down
Can some one please assist me? I am having a Blue Screen pop up as the cpu freezes then restarts. It happens all the time. I don't know if the hard drive might be going out or maybe the RAM? Can someone PLEASE HELP!!!???

Default Re: Blue Screen Random Shut Down
Please follow the instructions in the link below to attach any minidump files. The instructions are for Windows XP but they are pretty much the same in Vista.

Otherwise if you have problems - try going to C:\Windows\minidumps

If there are any files in there attach a couple of the latest ones for us to check.
