Hello,
I have Windows Vista and want to run an old game which was designed for MS-DOS.
After launching an exe file, this error message occurs:
"This system does not support fullscreen mode. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application."

I edited properties of the exe file where I allowed full screen mode, but it did not solve the problem.

Could possibly anyone help?

Well, I did everything about adjusting compatibility according to that page and the problem still persists. uaaaaa, pls help

It may just be that you cannot run this game with a 32-bit operating system...what game is it?

The original name is "Horke leto", it is a Czech game, a kind of adventure.

Is there an emulator or whatever which makes it possible to run that old game under Vista?

Yes you should look into DOSbox (free, do a google). I ran it and successfully played Eye of the Beholder the other day. Gee I miss the old gaming days...
