Problem:
Error Message on Startup in dialog box"LogonUI.exe --Corrupt File": The file or directory c:\Program Files\Windows NT\TableTextService is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the ChkDsk utility.

HDD has been pulled out and checked by a clean machine to be free of any Virus. using AVG8 & NOD32
70% HDD free
History:
Each time the computer is either shut down or started up this message appears incessantly over and over. You just have to click ok to get rid of it 20 times or so, then everything works as it's supposed to.
Steps taken:
Diagnostic mode startup. Still happens.
