Unhappy [-] Dazzle Video Creator Platinum-Vista Problem

I have just purchased Dazzle to record old homemade videos and other things, i installed dazzle only to find it not working so i thought i will need to download a patch so i download two patches.I then tried to start up Pinnacle Quick Start but the following message appeared:

http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x...le-problem.jpg

Then i uninstalled all of the software then reinstalled it all again, and i got past the message and as i was going to select my "capture Source" a big blue screen appears saying something like " Error Occured, if you have recently installed new software we advise you to get in touch with your manufacturers. If the problem persists uninstall and reinstall...then it goes on to say something else, then i have to reboot my PC.. after the reboot i got stuck on the first message again.

I think its because im running on Vista, but if it isnt then sorry for posting it in the wrong section...please can someone help me.

Thanks Captain.

Hello captain,hey it is fine.

Ok try this:
Click start/right click on computer and scroll and open properites/device manager.
Click on the + next to display adaptors to open the drop down menu.Right click on the display adaptor and choose update driver.

Or what does it say fro your adaptor as you could also visit the manufacturers website and update from there.
