Smile overheating problem

Hi, I have a new Inspiron laptop that keeps freezing then putting up a blue screen when I play Call of duty 4. My first thought was that it was overheating, and after searching online, I really think that is the problem. I downloaded a freeware program called "speedfan" and that has told me that the processors have been getting very hot after I play call of duty for about 5 minutes. The air from my fan is also very hot.

My computer specs:

Intel core 2 duo processor T9300 @ 2.5 GHz
3 gigs ram
GeForce 8600GT
320G HD

I have 2 cooling fans under my laptop, and that seems to help. My laptop is also sitting on a hard surface that doesn't block the fan. PLEASE HELP!!

Go to ... Windows Vista Sidebar

Download the Multi Meter (Dual Core)

This sidebar gadget will show you when your processors are maxing out.

In my opinion, a laptop is not designed for the heavy CPU activities that this game generates.

If you wish to play this game, I recommend purchasing a desktop that is designed and equipped to dissipate that kind of heat.
