Angry Random Radio

there is this strange Random Radio thing on my compter and i believe it's spyware but i don't know how to get ride of it becasue AVG 8.0 Pro Full edtion doesn't pick it up and neither does CCleaner and it doesn't show up in task manager anywhere. It's very strange you system could be idling or you could be playing music or call of duty 4 no matter what your doing it'll start the radio no window comes up you just hear: "welcome to MTV hot spot"
or "Rap" or "Guitar" or even a talk show like this:"Yeah ------------ i almost made ----------- parole for life for trying to kill that ----------. and it's always laggy and it sound Li--ikk-ee that. Sometimes you won't hear it for weeks and sometime you'll hear is every five minutes the only way to get it to temporary go away is to open task manage and end Explorer.exe and start up explorer.exe and i don't know how i got it or how to get it to go away please help cause I'm really getting frustrated.

MMMMMM,strange problem.

This could be your computer is picking up some one elses wireless TV adaptor or a radios station some were in your area or pirated station.

If you are using a wireless router try changing the channel/port.Did you encrypt/passowrd the wireless router if you are using one?

i do have my wireless encrypted with wep and a password and it filters mac addresses so only the one computer can get in is mine and the SSID is hidden and the closest radio station is 50km away so the most logical idea is that it's a pirated radio station. how do i change the channel and well that screw up my wireless?

D-Link DI-524 I've changed my wireless channel and i reconfigured it many times so i don't believe it's my router. I'm using my wireless internet for my wii and my PC in my room so shuting it off is not an option.
