Windows Vista - Service Pack 1 cant start computer please help posted in the Operating Systems forums; PLEASE HELP ME!!!! ok I installed the pack with not problems then when computer tries to boot up I get a black screen with this error message, !! 0xc0190036 !! ...

Default Service Pack 1 cant start computer please help
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

ok I installed the pack with not problems then when computer tries to boot up I get a black screen with this error message,

!! 0xc0190036 !! 603/75084 (AcGeneral.dll)

and yes I have the right version windows vista 32-bit, and I have tried googling this problem I have tried using windows update and manual download from microsoft website and yes I am not using a beta version

CAN ANYONE SAVE ME???? If u can I will give u cookies

Do you have the Vista DVD?The install disk?

This is apparently a crorupt download.

Could you follow the link and run CHKDSK?

You could try turning firewall off during download.
