Hi there, I have Vista with SP1. After a reboot my startup screen suddenly showed several new users set up all called 'Internet Access Account' with administrator status and passworded..... I can't find anything on MS help or when I Google this which all seems a little odd. I've deleted them all, but one which I'll tried to change change the password for. But its all rather curious.I tried changing there password by using net user but "Access Is Denied" Has anyone else seen this? and can i prevent this from happing?

Are you using a firewall?
Have you checked your PC for malware and viruses (especially Trojans)?
What is the account called that you cannot change?

Yes I'm using the professional version of AVG 8.0 with all the latest updates i have scanned 7 time since yesterday it picked up 6 Trojans 2 viruses on the first run but the other 6 nothing and it still showed up afterwards once i delete the accounts it finds the same "Trojan Dropper" and delets it but i use CCleaner to fix my registry and it really works well and it fixes the problem then none are found after it comes back still nothing is found. the account name is "Internet Access Account" but when i use net user is gives this name : IUser_**** the four digets very for all five of the accounts and it changes every time. The latest is name IUser_2015

The Program ISSLOCKDOWN dose not work with windows vista i just want to find a way to disable the and Internet Access accounts all together because i will never use it they don't seem to be doing anything in the system because they recored says they never logged in accessed the computer or anything what is this?!? should i bring it into PC medic?
