hi, iv got a windows vista lap top and i want to download theme hospital but really havnt gt a clue what im doing!! So i was wondering if somebody could tell me a sight i can get it off for free and how to load the game up after it has downloaded!! Just a quick note i am a beginner to all of this so need as much help as possiable!!! thanks

Run the file that you download (probably setup.exe)
When you have an icon on the desktop, right click on it then select properties, compatability tab. Then select "Run this game in compatability mode for" Windows 98/ Windows ME.

Should work fine...

when i click on download it says do u want to open or save this file!! what shall i do??

Either...probably best to select "open" in your case

Extract all of the files in that zip to a new folder on your desktop, then run hospital.exe

ok i have done that but i cant find setup.exe sorry to be a pain

Re-read my last post, I edited it.

EDIT: I have just been doing some reading. If you can get this game to work with Vista then you'll be one of the very few. It seems as though it really doesn't like Windows Vista.

iv done everythin u said and wen i doubble click on it to load the game the screen goes black and it says language setup failed.... so does this mean that it aint gonna wrk on the pc??

This is probably because it isn't in the original installation folder ...
