Default Format

Hi all

Really noobish question here, but how do i re-format my HDD, I have tried a fresh install of windows, but when i try to boot from cd it just loads up my computer as normal, i have changed the boot device priority in the BIOS.

All help greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have the drive set to Dvd and have the DVD in the right drive. Just delete the partions to reformat.

very experienced? lol so you have a vista dvd? it will come up and say to boot from cd press any key during boot you press a key and it loads from the dvd. then go through the processes . When you choose a drive to install to format is on the bottom of the screen just format the hdd then select it to install vista back onto
