Default [Pending] Windows Mobile Device Center
So I just got my new laptop with built in bluetooth and Windows Vista Ultimate. I downloaded windows mobile device manager and got it to sync with my Windows Mobile 6 cell phone. I even managed to transfer some files over, so I know the sync is working.

My problem is, where are my contacts and calendar going? Windows contacts and windows calendar would be my logical guesses, but they are empty.

I don't have Outlook and I really don't feel like shelling out an additional $100+ for it since I just bought Office home & student edition.

Any suggestions?

Why can’t I sync Windows mail, calendar or contacts? Windows Mobile Device Center only supports synchronization with Microsoft Outlook or Exchange. We currently do not support synchronization with Windows Mail, Windows Calendar or the Windows Address book.

As im not familiar with Windows Mobile 6 and its operation the only suggestion i can make is if at all possible save your contacts as a text file and transfer that across
